Learning Points: Level 2 expands on grammar theory learned with more extensive teaching of Level 1 verbs in present tense as well as masculine, feminine, and neuter nouns. The three adjective genders are broken down more comprehensively and taught in their simplest form to aid young students in their learning.
The Story: The ongoing Level 1 story picks up where it left off. When Niko and Eleni begin to read the old book given to them by Pappou and Yiayia, they are pulled into a magical, time-traveling adventure back to Ancient Athens! Not everything is fun and games, however, as the kids must find a way back home…
Practice: There is thorough practice of all skills – Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking – in each unit as well as a featured grammar point. Teachers and students are given all the tools necessary for the Level 2 path toward certification and fluency.
Student’s & Activity Books: Students Book contains 25 lessons, and 5 review sections. A myriad of exercises and activities can be found for each lesson in the Activity Book, as well as a special cultural sections with plays, poems, readings and activities.
